The Story
What started as weekend cookouts for friends became a full-time obsession. In 2021, we bought a beat-up truck, outfitted it with a flat top, and hit the streets of Austin with one goal: make the best smash burger in the city.
Three years later, we've served over 200,000 burgers, won Best Food Truck two years running, and we still hand-smash every single patty to order.
