Our Story
Started in a home kitchen, built on word of mouth
Rosie started baking cakes for friends' birthdays in 2017. Word spread. Orders piled up. By 2019, she'd outgrown her kitchen and opened the shop on Main Street.
Today, our team of five bakers arrives at 4am to prepare everything from scratch. We mill our own flour, source butter from a local dairy, and never, ever use mixes.
