Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SquarespaceSites.com (the "Site"), operated by Long Drive Marketing ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

SquarespaceSites.com sells premium Squarespace website templates, template setup services, and custom website builds. Our offerings include:

• Premium Templates— Production-ready Squarespace Dev Mode template packages, delivered via email or GitHub access:
  • Business Pro — $399 (one-time). 5-page professional services template.
  • Portfolio Pro — $699 (one-time). 4-page luxury portfolio with dark mode.
  • E-Commerce — $899 (one-time). 5-page luxury shop with product styling.
• Professional Services— Offered through Long Drive Marketing:
  • Setup — $199. Template setup and configuration.
  • Launch — $499. Full site launch with content and SEO.
  • Custom Build— Starting at $2,500. Bespoke Squarespace design and development.

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments for templates and services are invoiced via QuickBooks (Intuit). By making a payment, you agree to Intuit's Terms of Service. Service engagements may be governed by additional terms agreed upon at the time of booking with Long Drive Marketing.

• Template purchases. Templates are one-time purchases. Once purchased, template files are delivered via email or GitHub repository access. Templates are digital goods and delivery is considered complete upon transmission.
• Service invoicing. Professional services (Setup, Launch, Custom Build) are invoiced via QuickBooks. Payment terms and milestones are outlined in the invoice or service agreement provided at the time of booking.
• 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Since templates are digital goods, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a template purchase, contact us within 14 days at hello@squarespacesites.com for a full refund. Refund requests received after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
• Price changes. We may adjust pricing from time to time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

4. Template License

When you purchase a template from SquarespaceSites.com, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the template files subject to the following terms:

• Single-site use. Each template purchase grants a license for use on a single Squarespace website. If you wish to use the same template on additional sites, a separate license (additional purchase) is required for each site.
• No redistribution. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make the template files available to third parties, whether for free or for a fee. This includes sharing template files on file-sharing platforms, marketplaces, or repositories.
• Modification permitted. You may modify the template code and design for your own licensed site. Modified versions remain subject to the same single-site and no-redistribution restrictions.
• Client work. If you are a developer or agency purchasing a template on behalf of a client, the license applies to one client site. You may not reuse the same template files for a different client without purchasing an additional license.
• No resale of design. You may not claim the template design as your own original work for the purpose of resale or portfolio misrepresentation.

Violation of these license terms may result in revocation of your license and termination of your access to template files and support.

5. Intellectual Property

Our property. All templates, code, designs, text, graphics, and other content on the Site are the intellectual property of Long Drive Marketing and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Site content without our express written permission, except as expressly permitted by a valid template license.

Your content. Any content you add to your site using our templates (text, images, branding, etc.) remains your property. We claim no ownership over the content you create or publish on your website.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the templates or Site.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our prior written consent.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased templates or template files.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Site, all templates, and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that templates will be compatible with every Squarespace plan, third-party integration, or future platform update. You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing template code before deploying it to a production website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Long Drive Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, templates, or services provided herein.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

If your access is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, including template license violations, you will not be entitled to a refund for any purchases.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Tennessee.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, where practical, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
