How do I add a favicon to my Squarespace site?

Prepare a recognizable small brand icon and use the site’s browser-icon setting. Keep the image simple enough to read at tab size.

Check a published page and a new browser tab after saving. Browser caching can delay the visible change. Confirm the asset belongs to the business and remains understandable on light and dark tab backgrounds.
